2 days ago download speeds dropped off the charts.. pay for 75/75 and usually get 50's but .95 is ridiculous. have been on numerous support calls. they say the speed to the house is fine so after multiple reboots of the router, it was determined it needed to be replaced. $300 and couple hours later i hook up the G3100 and low an behold, same thing. back on call with support and they are now saying a tech has to come out to check the cabling. question is: could it really be a physical cable issue that would only effect download and not upload? i haven't been able to find any supporting information about this.
This is likely a provision issue. You need to contact support and ask a representative to check your provision in the Alcatel Management System (AMS).
