can anyone tell me how to delete un wanted devices on my network?

Unwanted as currently connected or just showing up in router because they were connected at one time?

In your router there are active and inactive devices. The inactive devices unless they were assigned a permanent ip assignments will not hinder performance nor use up your ip allocations. 

No no one can see what device you have unless you give them access to your router.

there are more space allocations than you would ever use. So don’t worry about it.
