how to return ONT box

Hello,

I just moved to a location not serviced by Verizon so had to disconnect Verizon. In my old place, the technician had put ONT box inside my house. When I had to move out I was to leave house completly empty so I took ONT box with me thinking that this also needs to be returned along with settop box.

Verizon just sent me box for settop box so how do I return ONT box?
