Any ideas? My router is all plugged in and everything, was working before, but suddenly quit. The power light is off, but the 4 ethernet lights are on along with the WAN Ethernet light. Everything else is off, and nothing is coming through. The big orange reset(?) button on the front is also illuminated but pressing it doesn't do anything, nor does unplugging it and plugging it back in. It's not even searching for connection with the wall.... thoughts?

I suggest you call technical support. Sounds like your VZ router died.

The orange light on the front is for Wireless Protected Setup. Can't be used on the FiOS routers at the moment due to a lack of software support the last I've heard. It honestly does sound like the router was bricked either from a defect or a failed firmware upgrade, though to be sure, hold down the reset button on the back for 30 seconds, power off the router for 30 seconds holding the button down still, and then power it up holding down the reset button for 30 seconds. Then let go. See if the router will boot.
