I called Verizon & the only way I could get into the settings for new Quantum router was to do a reset.
I did that & it worked but when I tried later to go back it showed session expired. How do you fix?
When I had my previous Actiontec router I never had a problem accessing the router settings.
Appreciate any help...Thanks.

Hello!
Are you getting this error when trying to login, or when trying to change settings?
This sounds like a browser cache issue. What web browser are you using on your computer?
Here is information on how to clear the cache on most browsers: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en
Also have you tried from a different computer/browser? Hope this gets resolved for you soon

Hi,
I am trying to login in order to make changes. I am using Safari browser & reset it to delete cache. I don't want to have to reset the router each time.
Thanks.
