why is your fios internet so slow? why have i had to call about it many, many times and nobody can give me an answer??? why are you so good at getting me my bills on time but your service sucks so bad??? do you really feel justified charging me what you do for the service you provide? and as much as i hate comcast....how do you feel that you are forcing me to go to them for my tv, phone and internet??
i must really be the fool here because i keep dealing with it and paying you but not for much longer!!! and you are so big, you really don't care!!!!

If you have specific issues you think other customers can help you solve, please feel free to post the details. Some of the folks who hang around this forum can be quite helpful, if you give us a chance.
You can also contact Verizon and ask for help, but it seems you've already done that.
