I stopped the version service and I have returned my equipment.
The ups tracking number that I have recieved shows package is delivered.
Also I have called the customer services they told me the bill will be clear next month
however I got the letter from EOS CCA (debt collector?)
verizon customer service did not mention about what was not returned.
never had this kind of situation. I really do not know what to do.
DO I HAVE TO PAY THIS BILL? EVEN I HAVE RETURNED THE EQUIPMENT?
