As the other replyer stated not really enough information.

I would simply reload the printer driver from the manufacturers site.

they need your model and make and after that click on download, then install.

it should find your wireless network.

sometimes a simply turning the device off then on will grab onto the network.

You should restart your printer and router and check if it recognize or not. Also make sure your Ethernet cables are not damage
