Not sure why people are having the problems noted on here. While I did go through some extra time setting up (spent about 2 hrs. Trying to set up my camera by connecting it to the Ethernet on the Gateway rather than the Ethernet on my regular Verizon modem - they need to make that clearer in the directions) everything is working as advertised. If you haven't called the Verizon 800# for assistance do so as they are great. I'm sure the products will get even better over time (e.g.. Audio to go with the cameras, etc.) but for a new product it's great (but a little pricier than it needs to be).
