2 wired phone lines are not working at Network Interface {edited for privacy}

Problem: I have 2 coper phone lines in my home, {edited for privacy}. Neither have a dial tone and neither have a signal at the Network Interface Device outside my home. What can be done to restore the signal ASAP?
