7 calls 6 hours over 3 months on with techs and I get a call today saying my service wasn't set up! What the **bleep** is wrong with this company. Ever since I upgraded to 100 gig witha new router by your techs I have been trying to get my phone working right. Are you doing this to punish me for not giving you a contract. You **bleep** are insane. Why should I put up with this **bleep**? $200 a month for basic, one old **bleep** DVR and phone that won't take messages or beep for call waiting. You abuse customers you've had for 20 **bleep** years! At 5:00pm today I am tearing your **bleep** out and running it over in my **bleep** driveway!
