911 cals

My second fax line appears calling 911 and the police keep getting sent to may home. It appears someone is spoofing my number. I do not have anything plugged into that line yet 911 keeps getting called wasting resources.
I have made support requests twice but they cannot find anything wrong.
I dont know what else to do?
