I reported my FIOS service was out and that I am without phone service. In looking at my call logs through the call assistant, I see that Verizon has been calling me back repeatedly today. Fortunately I am a Network Engineer by trade so I can explain to them how this works. You have to send the technician out FIRST to fix the connection before you can call me back.
It's good for a laugh though.
Have you tried contacting verizon and asking when the technician will come out?
It has been scheduled for the 16th and when the ticket was opened it I gave my email address as the only way to contact me.
