This is probably a dumb question but I was wondering do landline phone bills show what location a cell phone call was made from? Like for example, if I live in Sanford NC and I got my cell phone in Sanford, and I'm going on a trip to the mountains and I call home, will the home phone bill say that the cell phone call was made from the mountains?

No, your phone bill will not show where you call was made from only the phone number from which the call was made.
