Accepted caller list

Can someone please tell me how to put people on my accepted caller list? I did this once but have not been able to figure out how to do it again. Any help (besides saying "to accept calls add the person to your accepted list" would be greatly appreciated. There is nothing in the help section that says HOW to add people to your list.
