Additional Land Lines into home

I have FIOS triple play, with a account set up so I can access my account online, pay bills, etc.

I have one additional phone line, different phone #, coming into my house that I use as a fax line only. This number does not show up on my online account.

To view this # online to pay the bill, Verizon wants me to set up a additional account with a new temp pin, new password, etc.

How can I access this number online with only havining to log into one account??

You may  have to make that additional line a fios line in order to access all your services on one bill to pay online.

Another solution is to add Distinctive Ring to your main line and cancel the second line. Distintive ring costs only $6/month and gives you a second, virtual phone number to give those sending you faxes and you know by the short rings when a fax is coming in that you don't have to answer.
