I'm about at my wit's end over repeated daily calls and hangups from 866-887-8234. It's Verizon, trying to sell me more or different.
Each time I bother to pick up the phone and answer, there's no one on the other end. The line just goes dead. When I call back I find it's Verizon. I've told them repeatedly to please PLEASE PLEASE take me off their call list. I'm happy with what I have (FIOS Package, wireless plan). Each time I ask they not call me again, I get assurances they'll comply.
Then, the next day, guess who's calling?
Do I need to pay Verizon extra $$ to block calls from Verizon?
I just now called them back and warned that if I get ONE MORE CALL, I'm switching service providers.
