Answer phone on computer handset?

I'm on the computer.  I have a headset and mic.  The phone rings...

Is there a way for the Caller-ID to appear on the computer and then allow me to pick up the phone on the computer using my headset?   Or to place a call on the computer through my headset?

There is callwave that will do what you want.  My friend used it years ago when she was on dialup with only one phone line and it worked really good.  Mary

I don't believe Verizon has what you are looking for.   Check out the callwave product being suggested.

There is also internet call manager which I think works the same.  Mary
