I have fios service any phone has been down for 5 days. When I try to contact customer service to tell them the phone service is down using the 1-800-Verizon (837-4966) why does it take 5 or more different voice menu prompts to get to customer service. Any if my english is not that good there should be able to enter it using a simple keypad. I feel like Verizon doesn't want to hear from their customers when the service is down. Does any one know the direct number for customer service department? Or cancellation department?
Thanks,
Tae
