Hello all,
Verizon online repair states you can get an update on an existing repair ticket and also get a history of your repair records. Now, since I've already issued 5 or 6 repair requests, and the trouble has not yet been fixed, I would like to have a history of my repair efforts ready, just in case Verizon does not meet their committment to have it fixed within the next week. Problem is a bad pair from the NID to the pedestal so I do understand that will take some extra work; however, it took them from Jan 5th until Jan 21st to make that determination. So, I want to be ready with both guns loaded to launch a PUC complaint if not fixed very soon.
Any help in how to pull my repair history would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
gus

Hello Elizabeth,
Did you read the title of my post? I am simply asking if anyone knows how to pull a history of repair records.
This page https://www22.verizon.com/secure/pages/requestrepair/ clearly states "You can view a history of past repair requests." Unfortunately, I cannot find anywhere on that site where one can do that. So, I am asking for user to user help on finding out how to gain access to that information.
You might get the answer by calling, too
{please keep your posts courteous} I too have received e-mail saying I can view repair history AND I too cannot find any such link on the Verizon web site. Legally speaking that is false information! Considering that it is on the internet, it is also a Federal crime to defraud customers! Chalk up yet another FAIL for Verizon!
