This is unbeliveably rediculous! Three weeks - three fracking weeks - you are having a laugh right???
I called several time today and all I got was that is the date. I tried to NO AVAIL to talk to a supervisor. No matter what question I asked or how I asked it all I received from "the tech" is I'm sorry there are none available. I left a call back number three times and nobody has called me back.
I am angry beyond belief! And I thought Comcast was bad.
So much for customer service. I am paying for "service" right???
Hi sjallen, sorry you've had trouble with service. If you will allow me to, I'd like to try and help. I can check on your account and find out why so long or try and get it expedited. Please supply your full name and/or verizon phone # and address in a personal message and i can check it for you. A few questions though, is it an order or service call and did they give a reason why it will take so long?
Not unheard of, sorry to say. My son had an appointment for the tech to come out twice and twice Verizon was a no-show without so much as a phone call. Just let him sitting there all day in vain. He finally did talk to someone decent who said he would see to it, and would waive the service charge as compensation.
Verizon has {please keep your posts courteous} but I have to say that most of my experiences with customer service and tech support have been exemplary.
