Being forced to accept charges in return for a block to be removed from my land line. HELP!!!!!!!

 In order to have the block removed from my land line I was forced to accept charges for a phone call that I did not make.

Not only that I was forced to accept these charges, but my line is unblocked from international calls, and this situation can be repeated.  I have been a Verizon customer for over ten years, and I have never had this problem,

Sorry to hear about the problems you are having with these charges and the feature. I have copied your post to our private support board so we can get this addressed. Please refer all correspondences to there from here on out so we can make sure to get them.
