If anyone pays their bill online, you MUST check to make sure that it has gone through.  I have paid the same bill twice now   because the billing department does not have access to view what the customer views.  Pretty sad for such a large corporation.  I spoke with a rep who told me "Do not worry the payment has gone through".  There is more than enough to cover the payment and there was when I initially paid it.
