On reviewing my bill from last month I found a "3 - way call" to a number that doesn't exist {edited for privacy}.  Called and was told I requested the service, which of course, I did not.   Then I was told you can establish a 3-way call without even knowing it...but the explanation of how that occurs was muddled at best.  And of course no credit can be given, since the account is always correct and only one credit is issued in a lifetime.  It's not a large amount, but it's the principal of the phone  companies arrogance.  This is all very frustrating.  I need to find out how I can drop Verizon...just tired of the smug corporate attitide.  With them the customer is always wrong.
