Block specific outgoing numbers

How can i block anyone from dialing specific numbers like hotlines etc...

Is there a device or feature you can add and add the numbers?

Not that I have heard of.

I beleive you can block 1900 and 976 numbers in your account.

But nothing to block specific other outgoing numbers
