Blocking "unavailable" calls

We keep receiving calls from an unavailable number. The folks ask for a person with the same last name, but a first name and an issue that is unfamiliar to us or our in our  relatives So they have the wrong person.

I keep explaining, but they keep calling. I can't get a phone "number" for this caller..

How can I block an unavailable caller.

For those who wish to use this function simply pick up the receiver, get a dail tone and press *77 (star 77)
