1) I have my Fios phone service set up to reject all anonymous/private calls such as those made using the *67 function. However, recently I have been getting a lot of spam calls coming through in which the caller id displays "unavailable". It seems like these calls are treated differently than private/anonymous *67 calls and are being allowed to go through.
2) Also, I would love to have a way to block an entire local exchange. I live in a big city and have yet to meet someone who has the same area code and exchange that I do, so when I get a call like that I know it's spam. For those in rural areas with a limited number of exchanges, there should be a way to whitelist certain #s even when the entire exchange is blocked.
