Cal Forwarding does not work; cannot contact VZ

I have been unable to use call forwarding (*72). I get an intercept telling me "We cannot process your custom calling request at this time. Please try again later". Looking at my account on the web I am informed that "We are temporarily unable to retrieve current Phone information for this account. Please try again later.". If I click on Contact Us and then on either e-mail or phone I am asked for my ZIP code and then told : "We're sorry we are not able to process your request..."

I can see that after my one year commitment is up I am going back to my previous phone service.

Has this worked for you in the past? Is the feature on your acct ok? Does it happen on all phones?

Have never tried to use the feature before. Happens on all phones. I am fairly sure the feature was put of the bundled package. HAve no idea how to PM but the number is {edited for privacy}
