Recently renewed my contract and now have Digital Voice. I have read through all the threads here and I have tried everything but I cannot figure out how to log-in to the Call Assistant - very frustrating.
Any suggestions?
Recently upgraded to FiOS digital voice service and lost the call assistant service on the TVs. What do I need to do to get the telephone information to appear on my TVs? I have already enabled it on the TVs, but without success in getting the service to work. Also, went to www.verizon.com/fiosvoice without finding anything that I hadn't already tried. Suggestions?
