Call Assistant

cant access the product, cant login or download, get an error message

An error has ocurred: USERID not found.{edited for privacy} 1001
AccountName = {edited for privacy}
Path = 0:1:2:
but when i check my services, says call assistant is existing- any suggestions???

I contacted VCA help center- they were able to manually activate VCA and it's working with no problems- tech was very helpful and pleasant.
