I am in total agreement and find it unacceptable for Verizon to ignore these requests. Not only should the amount of call blocks be increased, but the ones that are blocked should work. If you offer as part of my service the ability to block "unavailable" callers then I should not be receiving calls from "unavailable" right? That's a question.... can you please answer it? When I called and waited forever to speak to someone about it the rep ended up making "my" number appear unavailable!! What? I also strongly encourage Verizon to respond to this issue that seems to be an issue for a lot of your paying customers.
