How can I obtain a copy of my ingoing and outgoing call details?

I want a list of every call which was made and received.

Same question here......  I had AT&T digital phone service that included an online phone log that listed all calls, both incoming and outgoing.  It also forwarded voice mail messages as MP3 files attached to an email so I could listen to them anywhere without special add-in software. 

Also AT&T had a call blocking feature that would allow us to specifically block calls from phone numbers we entered.  Very handy for nusience calls.

Too bad AT&T is dropping the service next month.  Hopefully Verizon will add features like the above.
