Hello, I'm trying to access my call history for a landline. When I log in to 'My Verizon', I don't see a link for 'Phone'. Is there another way to get this information?

That could be the reason. I would give things a little time to settle down. Check the system once in a while to see if information has been added in, maybe, a week or so. 🙂

I can see the URL changing. This happens in Edge and Chrome. What could be causing this?
When I clicked on that link, it takes me to a login page. From there it takes me to another page where I can access, among other things, the screen that deals with my Verizon Digital Voice services.
After clicking https://www.verizon.com/consumer/myverizon/phone and logging in, I'm redirected to the dashboard (see image). Could this be because I am a new customer? Or am I overlooking something?
