Effective October 1, 2014 Call History log not displaying any incoming or outgoing calls.
Does anyone know why?
I just check in TV and sign in my account on line, both of them no ploblem.
Thank you for your reply. However, the call log / history not showing either on the computer or the TV. It's supposed to be fixed by the end of today, October 2nd. I certainly hope so because it is a very useful option.
I log in to MyVerizon online and I cannot find where to view call history logs. Can you give me any direction? Thank you!
