One of my friends changed the Verizon Wireless phone # to a local 941 number. He did not change anything about his plan, but now is being screened by my call intercept, where previously he was not. Is there a way to fix it so he can call without being screened?
Hey Muxter, if this a close friend that calls you often then you can give your friend an override code to bypass Call Intercept. Subscribers in FL, TX, CA, WA and HI can call 866-483-8890 to change their own Override Pin code for all other Subscribers can call 800-527-7070.
Why did Verizon get rid of Call Intercept in California but make it available in other states. This is very unfair. The system had it its flaws but was worth the price to keep the "Out of Area" calls from coming in.
