Call Not showing up on Phone log

One of my girlfriends called a few weeks ago to my landline phone. The screen said incoming call. When I checked the phone log, the car was not registered or listed. Is this possible or normal?

Depending on the model of phone you use, it is possible.

If you have Fios Digital Voice, and have logged into the My Fios app in the past, you can pull your call logs from the app or through https://www.verizon.com/fiosvoice .
