Call assistant still not working

just a matter of time before i say good bye to verizon now when you Call 1800 verizon u go threw the prompts then at the end another person wants to no why you calling  now verizon has a new web page its nice but you will think they ever fix the Call assistance feature  by now nope i had a telephone repai tech come to my house about 4 yrs ago he said in about 3 yrs u wwill have fios no im still stuck with direct tv which everytime it rains  no picture   pretty soon its time to move on  sorryhad to gripe
