Call block doe not block a number

I have a number that is listed in my call block list.

However the number still rings. I even tried to add the number to the list and it tells me that the number is already in my list, so I know it should be blocked.

Any ideas?

Last I heard VERIZON CALL BLOCK was not working/available anymore
