I had call waiting added to my service. Didn't like it so I called 2 days later to have it removed. It wasn't. I've now made 5 calls and was told each time it would be removed and it is STILL ACTIVE!! I haven't been able to get a live representative in the past 2 days after being on hold for over an hour on 3 different calls. It appears the only way to have it removed is by someone at Verizon, it's not something I can turn off myself. Anyone have a good suggestion as to how to actually get this annoying feature removed?!?
