Caller ID Call Waiting

Hello,

I switched to Verizon FIOS a couple of months ago. Caller ID and Call Waiting are included in my package, but the Caller ID doesn't work on incoming Call Waiting calls. Is Caller ID Call Waiting service available with FIOS? If so, what's the easiest way to get it working? I'm located in Maryland (suburban Washington DC).

Call waiting ID works with FIOS. I had it working for 3 years for now and just stopped today as I added call forwarding and 3 way calling. I don't know how to bring it back. After couple of days I will try to add this feature online as it is not allowing me to do anything today as my order was placed yesterday. I am in Dallas, TX area.

Please update me if you know how to get it back.
