Caller ID Now Missing - Was There Before

I only get an "Incoming Call" message from caller ID (with no telephone number) when my daughter calls from Colorado to our NJ FiOS landline.

She used to have a Blackberry on Sprint and we received her caller ID information (name and telephone number) just fine. We still have that information stored and have not changed it. She just got a new iPhone and we now get the "Incoming Call" message only.

We are blocking other unwanted calls so we don't know if a call is from her or a blocked caller. Her telephone number did not change and she has not moved. Can someone tell me where the problem is and how to have it corrected? Thanks.
