It looks like Verizon will have to put a new help on the TV Menu for Caller ID. The new help will be FIX THE CALLER ID TROUBLESHOOT!.
Caller ID has been inconsistent today. It works sometimes and other times doesn't work. If you try to fix it with the Caller ID Troubleshoot ,it goes through some steps and then says it's fixed even though you click on the No when it asks if you saw the Caller ID Test Alert in the box. It says wait 5 minutes and then see if it works. It doesn't work of course.
