Caller ID box

Years ago, I obtained a stand-alone NYNEX caller ID box from Verizon. It's small, about 3 x 3 inches square. It has stopped working reliably even with new batteries (it takes 3 AAA), but it seems that it now will only work one out of 3 calls. I wanted to get another one. Does Verizon still sell these units? If so, how much are they and where do I get them? If not, where can I obtain another one?
