Caller ID on TV screen

The Caller ID does not appear on the TV screen. I have done the troubleshooting and it seems to pass that test. It used to work until I got a new STB. Could the STB be the problem?

we've had the problem, too  and sometimes it does happen "out of the blue", but it will correct itselve after troubleshooting. Also disconnecting the box from the electricity for a few (+) seconds and then reload may bring you the result.
