Caller ID while on other call

When I am on another call and the phone beeps to identity another call is coming in, I can not see the new callers number.

You are referring to the "Call Waiting Caller ID"  feature. Some peoples ID information are not broadcast. Please verify you normally get the information from the person trying to beep over if they were to call when your line is not in use. Also check to see if this is happening for just one person or all people. Local or long distance as well. Please send me a private message if additional help is needed.
