Caller ID

The past week or so I haven't been able to see the name, number, etc of anyone calling me. I pay for the service. My landline phone has the caller ID window. Just to double check if everyone was dialing *67 in order to block caller ID I called myself from my cell phone. No info showed up.

I have been having the same issue, the display on the phone only shows 'Incoming Call' instead name/number.

Did you ever resolve this. My caller ID wont work after a power outage. Power is on but caller ID says incoming call. Phone and online support take me in a circle.
