When I had ordered the FIOS Triple Bundle in December, CSR told me calls to landline numbers in India would be covered within the 300 minute plan. Calls to cell phone would be charged an additional 1 cent per minute (60 cents/hour).
Today, when I had to call Verizon Billing to resolve errors with my first bill, I was told calls to cell phones in India was a premium charge of 34 cents per minute.
As long as I don't exceed 300 minutes, are calls to cell phones in India an additional 1 cent/minute or 34 cents/minute?

If you drill into your plan there is a look up for India that says the base rate is 0.33 cents and a premium for cells.
