I am at wits end dealing with dropped calls that turn into fast busy signals.  My dealings with customer service/technical support have been downright bizarre. .

I reached out to Mr. Statter and he had a senior tech with his manager out there today.  The customer was not home for much of the day so he's not sure if the phone works fine yet but now he got some contact numbers including the tech that was out there today so in case the problem persist he can contact the tech.
