I can't make or receive calls on the land line for the past couple of days. I get a busy signal when calling in from another number. The internet is working. All of the phones in the house are all plugged in correctly.
Verizon's web site won't load any pages having to do with phone problems - only pages where we can purchase products and services.
The automated customer support agent won't give helpful answers. The toll-free number doesn't help either. I was on the phone yesterday for 49 minutes when the line got disconnected and I was not able to solve the problem.
How do I get help???
