I am angry as hell, as we just UPGRADED to FIOS Quantum and renewed for another TWO @#$%^& years, but I cannot block selective phone numbers. I either have to block all of them, including my relatives, or none at all. This sucks.
Please check your service.
My digital phone service from Verizon allows 10 numbers to block. It would be nice to have this unlimited by 10 is enough to add telemarkers if thy call more than once. I just rotate them replacing the oldest one. It works pretty well since I have not needed to add a number for months. Unlimited blocked numbers would be nice.
How can you tell which are the old ones? There's no "date added" info.
Just set up DO NOT DISTRUB, you ONLY just received the calls you wish in the list, BUT THIS ONLY
the numbers in the list will be incoming, all orders will be reject.
just reminder, you do not go to BLOCK the number, DO NOT DISTRUB feature which is put the numbers you wish to incoming, if you do not put your girlfriend or wife's numbers in the DO NOT DISTRUB list, They can not distrub you, that means their call reject.
Thanks Manhattan, Do Not Disturb won't work for me as I still need to receive normal calls from people I don't have on the white list. If that feature had an option for callers to enter a code word to prove they're not robots, then that might work out.
